Developing Talent

These are newer sales reps to the team or anyone who is still "learning the ropes". You have invested heavily in acquiring this developing talent and their potential needs to be fostered into something greater. 

General (Surviving)

These sales reps are the middle of the pack, not particularly weak but also not very strong. They need to be re-energized and developed further to move up!

Replace (Schedule Fillers)

These are sales reps that are just not hitting the mark; they struggle to close deals or always have issues. They require an emergency level course to be saved or should be shown the door...

Vacancies

This is the number of empty desks/open positions, currently in your dealership, that need to be filled or that are necessary to have your dealership at its peak performance level. It is unique to you.
